Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website founderlegalway.club operated by FounderLegalWay. By engaging with our services, purchasing our information products or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Legal Advisory Services

FounderLegalWay offers personalized guidance on corporate formation, compliance review, contract drafting and related legal matters for entrepreneurs and founders. Service engagements are scheduled upon confirmation and payment.

2. Information Products

We provide digital publications, guides and templates on legal topics relevant to new ventures. Access is granted via download link or member portal upon purchase.

3. Goods

Physical materials such as workbooks or branded merchandise are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Delivery time may vary by location.

4. Refund Policy

For Legal Advisory Services, clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantive work has commenced. Alternatively, clients may transfer their engagement to another date at no additional amount if request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If work has begun, service fees are non-refundable, as time and expertise have been reserved custom to each client.

Information Products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. Therefore, they are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure that prevents download. In such cases, we will provide an alternative access link or issue a refund upon verification of the issue.

Goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the sent back items.
